The short-listed candidates then appear for a physical interview and a practical test in conjunction with the client’s requirements. We often train our candidates if necessary. Where We Train Our Candidates
Reem Overseas Limited has arrangements with international standard facilities to test any technical hand and provide practical training to semi-skilled workers.
Our affiliated Technical Training Center – Mirpur Agricultural Workshop and Training School (MAWTS) was founded by a group of Swiss Engineers. In 1973 both Caritas Bangladesh and Caritas Switzerland joined hands to set up a workshop in Mirpur, which currently is widely known as MAWTS and is equipped with the most modern instruments and supervised under qualified instructors, and is offering training programs all year long.

A Step By Step Guide
Recruiting manpower from Bangladesh is inexpensive compared to other countries and quite easy. However, some mandatory tasks are needed to be performed and paper works require meticulous accuracy and to be arranged in perfect for the employment seeker to obtain his/her visa and get the clearance to fly.

Client's End
Visa Advise
The original Visa Advice from the client should accompany the documents which will be submitted along with the candidate's passports to the concerned Embassy which has to be endorsed and attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of employment.
Demand Letter
A Demand Letter with complete statement of job categories, number of workers required category-wise, worker's monthly salary, period of contract and other benefits offered to the candidates such as Food, Accommodation, Medical Treatments, Vacations and Air tickets etc. is needed to complete the paperwork formalities.
This Demand Letter must be duly endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce and finally attested by the Embassy of Bangladesh.
Power of Attorney
The client needs to provide Reem Overseas Limited with a Power of Attorney duly authorising us to handle all formalities regarding preparing visa applications and obtaining visas from the respective Embassy on behalf of the employer. The Power of Attorney must be attested by the Embassy of Bangladesh existing in the country of employment and endorsed by its Chamber of Commerce and industry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

How We Send Our Candidates
We at Reem Overseas Limited provide air ticketing service as well should the client require us to. We book our tickets through our sister concern Kushiara Travels & Tours Ltd. which has been a full-fledged Travel Agency for the last 25 years. It enables us to have full control over the air tickets in terms of reserving seats and confirming our candidates’ flights for quick deployment to their work site.
After successful visa stamping, our candidates need to complete the following procedures in order to be ready to fly. Once these steps are complete, we dispatch our candidates following the client’s timeline and the candidate’s convenience.
Orientation
Bangladesh government mandated a 3-day orientation for every Bangladeshi national securing employment overseas. Takes place in the local district of the candidate’s residence.
Biometric
Bangladesh government’s official requirement.
Takes 1 day.
Immigration Clearance
Bangladesh government’s official requirement.
Takes 2 - 4 days.
